Roles at IRIS

Behavior Technician

Are you ready to make a positive impact on the lives of children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder? IRIS Behavioral Health Services is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our expanding team as Behavior Technicians/Therapists or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). This is an exciting opportunity to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instruction in both home and community settings under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for managing a team of BT/RBTs in implementing individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients. The BCBA works closely with the Executive Director to ensure quality care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of treatment plans. The BCBA models the company’s culture through daily interactions in the clinic, home, and community settings, and provides training to the clinical team to directly impact each patient.
